Take Highway 380 to Highway 377 and travel North on US Hwy 377 to Pilot Point. Turn West on FM 455 in Pilot Point. Take Merrill Road going North and continue North at Kelso Road. This will take you to the front gate of the Timberlake Trails community on the shores of Lake Ray Roberts!

From Interstate 35 in Sanger Exit FM 455 and travel East from Sanger. Take Merril Road going North, continue North at Kelso Road, which will take you to the front gate of the Timberlake Trails community on the shores of Lake Ray Roberts!
Timberlake Trails is located on the shores of Lake Ray Roberts just West of Pilot Point and east of Sanger. We are a secluded community yet still convenient to the greater Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
